Purchase your return QR and return without a printer. After purchase, we will email you a DHL QR code that you can have scanned at a DHL ServicePoint.

How it works

  1. Add this product to your cart and complete your order.

  2. We will process your request based on your order details.

  3. You will receive a DHL QR code by email from us: within 24 hours on working days (usually the same day).

  4. Take your package and the QR code to a DHL ServicePoint: they will scan the QR and accept your return.

Pay attention when packing

  • Pack your return well (sturdy box/bag, securely taped).

  • Add a note with your original order number inside the package, so we can process your return quickly.

Important

  • Maximum 20 kg per package

  • 1 QR code per order

  • You will receive the QR code by email (also check your spam/junk folder)

  • This is a digital service: no shipping costs are calculated

  • Keep the QR code until your return has been fully processed

    Return and Shipping Information

    When will my order be delivered?

    Standard shipping method €3.95
    If the product is in stock in Amstelveen, we will ship it the same day for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
    The expected delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

    Express shipping
    Express orders are usually delivered within 1 business day.

    How do returns work?

    Returns are possible up to 30 days after receipt of your order. You can register your return online via our returns page.

    Can I exchange my product?

    Exchanges are possible by returning your order and then placing a new order.
