Do I get a warranty on my product?
Yes, all our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period may vary per product. In case of a defect or problem, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code that you can use to track your package.
What if my parcel is delayed?
While we strive for fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur with the carrier. Is your order later than expected? Please feel free to contact us, we'll be happy to assist you.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping costs are €3.95. Any deviating shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
If the product is in stock and you order before 3 PM, we will ship your order the same day. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Do you also ship on weekends?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days. No orders are shipped on weekends.
