Return Policy

Hassle-free returns
We understand that an order may not always meet your expectations. That's why we offer a simple and transparent return policy, in line with legal regulations.

Cancellation and returns

  • Cancellation within 30 days: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • Register your return: Register your return within these 30 days via this page. Or send an email with your order number and reason to klantenservice@toptierparts.nl.
  • Return product: After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product may only be used as reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a store).

Depreciation
If the product has been used more than necessary for assessment, a depreciation may be charged. This amount will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded. This includes visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount due.

  • For a full order return, you will receive the full order amount back, including the standard shipping costs you paid for the original shipment.
  • For a partial order return, the shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded.

The refund will be made within 14 days after you registered your return, provided we have received the product or you have submitted proof of shipment.

Please note: the costs for returning the product are for your own account, unless stated otherwise or if there is an error on our part.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible by first returning the product and then placing a new order.

Exceptions to the right of return
Please note that some products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Products that have been personalized especially for you.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics or underwear).
