About TopTier Parts

TopTier Parts started in 2018 in a garage, with three entrepreneurs and a passion for technology. What began with the online sale of helmets grew into a reliable webshop for parts for bicycles, fatbikes, scooters, and more. From our workshop and warehouses in the Netherlands, we ensure every day that customers can get back on the road quickly and without hassle.

TopTier Parts started the way many genuine businesses do: small, with a lot of energy, and with people who truly believe in it. In 2015, the three of us started from home, in the garage. At that time, we mainly sold helmets online. Not because it was "a cool niche," but because we came from practical experience and saw that people often either paid too much or received shoddy products you couldn't rely on.

Besides selling, we were also busy in the workshop. We tinkered with scooters, did repairs, converted things, and daily encountered parts that were either good or not so good. That way, you learn quickly. You see which products last, which brands you can trust, and where customers run into problems. We still apply that experience to what we purchase and sell.

As things got busier, we naturally grew with it. First more stock, then a larger assortment, then more professional logistics. At a certain point, it became simple: if you want to deliver quickly and serve your customers well, you need to have your logistics in good order. That's why we currently work with multiple warehouses and parcel points in the Netherlands. That might sound boring, but it's precisely why we can switch faster, maintain a better overview, and process orders more reliably. It also helps with returns: it's easier for customers and gives us more control to handle everything neatly.

What we do now is actually very simple: we ensure you get the right product quickly. And that goes beyond just "selling something." We receive daily questions from people who are unsure if a part fits, who want to fix a bicycle, get a fatbike ready to ride again, or have a scooter that suddenly acts up. Because we know that world, we can often think along a little better than a webshop that just shifts boxes.

Our assortment has expanded significantly. We sell many bicycle parts and fatbike parts, but also parts and accessories for scooters, motorcycles, and cars. And because we are involved in technology ourselves, we don't just look at price, but primarily at quality and usability. You need to be able to count on it just working.
