Schwalbe repair cards. It's always difficult to remember whose bike belongs to whom and what work needed to be done. A repair card is the solution to this problem. On the front, you write the customer's name, phone number, and address (if applicable). Below that, you can fill in what needs to be done to the bike. There's also space to fill in when the bike was brought in and when it needs to be ready again. Then, you give the customer the bottom slip, which has a number on it. If the customer takes this slip back, you can never give them the wrong bike. It also serves as proof that the customer left the bike behind. Invoice: On the back, you can fill in the parts used and the labor costs. This gives you a clear invoice for the customer. These repair cards are supplied in packs of 500.
