For example, all colored backplates of the Bobike One® bicycle seats are made from 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable, without compromising safety and while maintaining the same standards. But to make the One® even more sustainable, this spring Bobike introduces the One® eco model, which incorporates 30% recycled material in the outer shell, creating a unique seat. Additionally, the packaging of the One® has also been adapted; it has become more efficient, requiring fewer disposable materials and less ink. It is now also produced with FSC® materials. The entire production process was also reviewed to make it more ecological and thus reduce CO2 emissions during the production of the One®. Through recycling technology, we are able to convert bicycle seats that are rejected during the production process into new recycled material and incorporate this into the production of new bicycle seats.
