It also features reflective elements on the front and back, making it more visible in dark or foggy conditions. Benefits of this pannier: Always keep your gear dry! Suitable for harsh weather conditions and suitable for almost any bicycle (including electric bicycles). Clarijs offers only the highest quality materials, reflective elements on the front and back, and a rain flap on the lid to keep rain out. The buckles are attached to the pannier with a flexible, water-repellent PP strap. The square cutout is useful if you want to free up the quick-release straps or attach a basket or child seat to the rear rack.
