The Pinasco Power Casing for Piaggio mopeds is designed for a crankshaft with a 5mm wider crank web than the original, a stroke of 43mm and 46mm, a rotary intake valve with interchangeable manifolds of 13mm (included) and 21mm (optional), and additional CNC machined ports.
The kit is available in two different versions, Valve and Reed, for cylinder kits with bore sizes of 43mm and 46mm, and comes with the special crankshaft and all mounting accessories.
The Pinasco crankshaft, made of hardened and chrome-plated steel, advanced and polished on the intake side, guarantees high performance under all conditions, even the most demanding ones.
Pinasco has modified the spoke pattern of the drive shaft to prevent fatigue fracture problems and has replaced the original bearing with a special Pinasco model (included in the kit).
