The lights in the helmet are rechargeable. You can easily charge the helmet via a USB-C cable at the bottom of the back of the helmet. The lights can run for more than 4 hours continuously. ERT stands for Energy Reduction Technology, an innovative technology specifically designed to reduce impact and rotational forces in the event of a fall. Bicycle helmets made solely of EPS primarily protect against direct, linear impacts, but in the event of an accident, rotational forces are often also released, which can be harmful to the brain.
