It can be operated in three modes: 1. Rear unit on, 2. All-round lighting on, 3. Lighting off. Lighting on a bicycle helmet is essential for your safety, especially in low light or at night. It significantly increases your visibility, making you easier for other road users to spot. The helmet's lighting is rechargeable. The complete light unit is easy to remove from the helmet, and the charging port is located on the back. After charging, simply click the light unit back into the helmet. The light unit powers the entire helmet, keeping all (hidden) lights on. The light can run continuously for approximately four hours. ERT stands for Energy Reduction Technology, an innovative technology specifically designed to reduce impact and rotational forces in the event of a fall. Bicycle helmets made entirely of EPS primarily protect against direct, linear impacts, but an accident often also releases rotational forces that can be harmful to the brain. ERT helps absorb and distribute these forces, measurably reducing the impact. The blue ERT padding also provides a very comfortable fit. Thanks to Fidlock's magnetic closure, the buckle can be quickly and easily opened and closed with one hand, even while wearing gloves, which is ideal while cycling. This reduces the hassle of traditional buckles and significantly increases ease of use.
