In time for the 25th anniversary of the world's first Balloonbike tire, it's ready: the Schwalbe Motion Big Apple, a tire that makes a statement thanks to its modern design and highest environmental standards. It's the direct successor to the Big Ben and the Big Apple's predecessor. The tire's environmental credentials:
  • Addix Green: Schwalbe's most environmentally friendly rubber compound that maintains performance, contains 80% renewable resources and recycled materials:
  • Among other things, it uses 100% recycled soot (recovered Carbon Black, rCB) from Schwalbes Tire recycling.
  • Made from 100% fair-trade natural rubber. Comfort and cushioning: The Schwalbe Motion Big Apple absorbs every bump with low air pressure and rolls smoothly over asphalt as well as forest paths. It stands for absolute comfort and, thanks to its large volume, completely absorbs every shock without complicated suspension technology. The versatile tread design incorporates modern design elements that are also reflected in the sidewall structure of the Motion Big Apple. Applications: The Motion Big Apple is suitable for e-bikes in the touring and urban segments, as well as for trekking and city bikes without a motor.
