With the Basil DBS Detachable Bag System, you have a convenient system that allows you to quickly and easily attach your double pannier to the luggage rack of your bicycle. Thanks to this handy system, you can take your double pannier with you into the store. The system essentially turns your double pannier into a detachable pannier. The Detachable bag system consists of two plates that you attach once with straps to your bag (plate 1) and luggage rack (plate 2). Then you place the bag on the luggage rack and turn the rotary knobs a quarter turn. Your bag is secure! With the same ease, you can unfasten the bag and take it with you quickly and easily.
