It features a breathable comfort lining and an adjustable chin strap. The Vito Chopper may not be used on motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, or other vehicles requiring helmets. This product does not offer sufficient safety and is therefore not intended for use with these vehicles on public roads. This helmet does not have ECE/NTA certification.
